Our client, a themed entertainment organization focusing on interactive multimedia and art experiences, is looking for a General Manager to join their team! In this role, you will be in charge of the daily operations of an exciting new interactive attraction space set to open in early 2021. You will work with internal departments and external teams to strategize and implement business, satisfaction and revenue projections for the space, while also building a small team to work under you in the operation and maintenance of the space and service of guests. This is a great opportunity to lead a brand new team and show the world an exciting new attraction!
You should have:
a minimum of 10 years of management experience in attractions, live entertainment, museums, and/or operations environment, with recent work in the Las Vegas market focusing on developing financial strategy
a lively and hands-on managerial approach, with strong project management, leadership skills, and thorough knowledge of Ticketing, Retail, and Food & Beverage.
a knack for customer service and professionalism, with a dose of enthusiasm for creating exceptional experiences
