In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the organization, ensuring the successful development, planning, execution, and closeout of all aspects of project activities throughout various project lifecycles, including installation and implementation. You’ll be responsible for project schedules, establishing critical path tasks to ensure the desired completion date with an eye towards risk mitigation; you’ll work with various internal teams to ensure the project is executed within schedule constraints; serve as the primary liaison for external parties; review, coordinate, and approve contracts; develop and oversee all budgets related to construction, among other tasks. You’ll also participate in the ongoing development of the organization, serving as a representative at a variety of industry events, researching new technologies, participating in the development of marketing materials, and the implementation and management of educational outreach programs. You should have:

Technical Director

Our client, a global production and design company specializing in themed entertainment, is looking for a Technical Director to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for directing and managing the design and implementation of technical systems: you’ll oversee the coordination, integration, and oversight of schedules, technical elements, systems design, integration, fabrication, shipping, installation and programming for all related components, vendors, trades and departments for the project installation, the creation of operations and maintenance training and documentation for ride/show technical systems, and technical verification of systems for compatibility and suitability for use. You’ll also oversee a team of Technical Managers and Associates, and serve as the organization’s primary point of contact for any technical inquiries from external contacts. Production Coordinator

Project Manager - Santa Fe/Las Vegas

Our client, a themed entertainment organization focusing on interactive multimedia and art experiences, is looking for Project Manager to support their new exhibition build! In this role, you will develop and manage the exhibition development and budgeting: you’ll manage the technical facility impact, integration design, and internal exhibition fabrications projects, while ensuring that creative intent is being carried out throughout all phases of development. You’ll also coordinate sourcing and procurement, develop the RFP process for contractors, review payments for contractors, and manage the change-order process, among other duties. Design Director (Zoos/Aquariums)

Our client, a leading experience and environment design firm, is looking for a Design Director experienced in zoos and aquariums to join their team! In this role, you’ll use your extensive animal exhibit design background to provide art direction for a diverse array of projects: you’ll contribute to all stages of projects from concept through design development, direct selection of all materials, colors, and project-related finishes, research ideas and materials for exhibits, recommend solutions for design problems, and ensure that projects remain on time and within budget. Design Director

Our client, a custom design and fabrication firm, is looking for a Design Director to join their team! In this role, you’ll manage and oversee the technical and aesthetic design and direction for all projects, from conceptual develop through completion: you’ll develop and maintain an overall department schedule, participate in the hiring process for new design team members, serve as primary liaison between the design and fabrication teams to ensure artistic intent is honored through the build process, and actively participate in troubleshooting for any design-build issues.
