Installation Supervisor (Themed Entertainment)

Our client, a themed entertainment fabrication organization specializing in theatre development, is looking for an Installation Supervisor to join their team! In this role, you’ll use your hands-on construction experience to oversee the installation of projects from mobilization to completion: you’ll serve as the company’s primary on-site liaison, select and train locally hired crew, ensure that all work is performed safely and in accord with applicable local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental standards, and lead the customer through acceptance review at the end of installation, among other tasks. You’ll also inspect the site during the installation period to ensure quality, adherence to schedule, and identify existing or potential issues. You should have:
- a minimum 2-3 years’ experience leading teams within general construction (experience with the installation or assembly of prefabricated structures highly preferred)
- proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- top notch communicative, collaborative, time management, and project management skills
- the ability to travel extensively both domestically and internationally when safe (candidates must possess or be able to obtain a US passport)
