Art Director

Our client, a high-profile global distribution and production company, is looking to hire an Art Director to lead their team! 

In this role, you will manage and help in the creation of assets that will expand the look and brand of a top-tier streaming service.

Wax Museum Finish Artist

The world-famous Hollywood Wax Museum is looking for a positive, can-do Finish Artist to keep their figures looking fantastic! You are a creative, fun-loving person who plays a key role in the polished appearance of the attractions and has primary responsibility for the presentation of the wax figures on the show floor. This includes ongoing repairs, maintenance of costumes and costume changes, and overall maintenance of high show standards for an amazing guest experience.

You will use your sharp eye for detail and excellent technical and finishing skills to maintain the appearance and integrity of figures. This includes the proper sanding, patching, and painting to create a seamless finish as needed. You should be familiar with a variety of painting materials and techniques to achieve the desired effect. You will provide consistent and regular maintenance as well as as-needed work, including some weekends and evenings, and maintain archives on your work.

You Should have:

  • 3+ years as a finish artist in theming, scenic, prop, or set fields

  • Excellent attention to details and an overall pride in your work

  • The ability to create seamless finishes

  • A strong familiarity with a variety of paint techniques

  • An excellent eye for color matching

  • Skills in sculpting, mold making, sewing, or fabrication a plus

Sr. Motion Graphics Designer

Our client, a world class entertainment brand is looking for a Sr. Motion Graphics Designer to join their team. In this role you will deliver cutting edge designs and animation for social and broadcast platforms, with an emphasis on clear, concise design. This includes animating logos and graphics, building out assets, and designing pitches in conjunction with a team of editors and junior designers. You will also work with existing assets and style guides to re-interpret them for different uses.
You should have:

Director, Facilities & Exhibition

Our client, a themed entertainment company, is looking to add a Director of Facilities and Exhibition to their team! 

In this role you will be a hands-on leader in charge of the upkeep of the exhibition complex that houses various interactive experiences.

You will work with a multitude of teams and other management to ensure that the venue and the exhibits therein are running and maintained to the highest standards, from IT, security systems, and building maintenance to A/V and show systems. You will build and manage budgets and develop protocol and systems to be implemented prior to the grand opening, as well as helping with further development of the facility and its projects post-launch. This will include working with outside vendors for services or supplies, and working with cross discipline teams to ensure that exhibits maintain their creative integrity  and guests enjoy them well beyond opening.

You should have:

  • 10+ years of theme park or attractions experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or facilities position

Senior Show Estimator

Our client, a themed entertainment company, is looking for a Senior Show Estimator for their team! 

In this role, you will help to build the financial budgets and ongoing estimates for various interactive media projects in numerous markets.

Your work will consist of providing timely cost analysis throughout the production phases of projects. As a result, you will be working with in-house production teams as well as outside vendors to estimate the scope of work and assess build proposals for various elements including but not limited to set design, lighting, and AV and show control systems.   • 10+ years of themed entertainment experience working on estimating projects

  • exceptional communication skills, with prior experience working with production and development companies in the themed entertainment industry in North America

Requirements:
