You should have:

General Manager, Eco-Adventure Park - St. Maarten 

Our client, a leading eco-adventure park developer and operator is looking for a General Manager to join their team at their eastern Caribbean, St Maarten location. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will bring your themed entertainment industry experience to the new park, providing leadership in planning, development, and operational success. An understanding of adventure park attractions (zip-lines, chair lifts, tube runs, etc.) is required as you will be a hands-on manager, ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the park’s attractions. You will also use your guest services, marketing, sales, finance, and hospitality industry knowledge on a daily basis, as you will guide and direct company initiatives across the park’s various department teams. Our client, a leading themed entertainment design, engineering, and fabrication firm, is looking for a skilled Senior Technician skilled in special effects design and fabrication to join their team! In this role, you'll use your strong technical theming background and your proven leadership skills to work on a variety of top level attraction effects: you'll review blueprints, develop daily and weekly plans and goals, conduct daily inspections to ensure work is completed to an acceptable quality control standard, monitor progress, and provide hands on support in the testing, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of themed elements.

- an Associate's degree, or an appropriate vocational trade related education and certifications
- minimum five years of experience in fabricating, installation, and troubleshooting in technical theatre, props, or theming, with three years of experience within a supervisory role
- extensive experience with carpentry, cabinetry, machining, and welding

Theming Designer

Our client, a leading custom creative design house, is looking for a Theming Designer to join its team! In this exciting role, you'll use your creative skills and understanding of industrial design and 3D rendering to contribute to the creation of exciting props and special effects for use in theme parks, film, retail, hospitality, and more!  In addition to your design expertise, you'll also use your knowledge of fabrication, materials, and installation to participate in pre-production and design meetings, determine design details and specification, and ensure that creative intent is honored. 

You should have: 

- a minimum two years of experience in solid modeling and creating 3D forms [experience with Keyshot a plus!]                                                                                                                                      - thorough knowledge of and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite

You'll use your architectural chops and construction administration experience to support large scale project development: you'll create full architectural drawings, sketches, and models, monitor field construction to identify and resolve inconsistencies between execution and design intent, assist with managing and coordinating between third party vendors and internal teams, and ensure that deliverables are met on time with your guidance and suggestions on budget, design, schedule, code requirements, selection of resources for the projects and different strategies for execution. Creative Director - Theme Parks

A global themed entertainment company is actively seeking an experienced In-Field Creative Director for an exciting project! In this role you will bring your knowledge of media based attractions and rides through to full production and installation on an international project. You’ll liaise with cross functional teams [designers, programmers and vendors], collaborate with producers and drive the project and team through all phases to successful completion. This is a 2 year contract role located in China.

You should have:
- A minimum of 9+ years of experience in themed attractions
- Experience with dark rides and media based attractions
- Deep knowledge of the design and technology requirements and elements for large scale media based attractions
- Experience working on international projects
- A proven record of successful in-field implementations of attractions
- Ability to collaborate with various disciplines inclusive of scenic, programming, lighting, AV and others
- A valid passport and ability to obtain a Chinese visa [assisted]
