Our client, a leading eco-adventure park developer and operator is looking for a General Manager to join their team at their Jamaican location! In this challenging and rewarding role, you will bring your themed entertainment industry experience to the park, providing leadership in planning, development, and operational success. An understanding of adventure park attractions (zip-lines, chair lifts, tube runs, etc.) is required as you will be a hands-on manager, ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the park’s attractions. You will also use your guest services, marketing, sales, finance, and hospitality industry knowledge on a daily basis, as you will guide and direct company initiatives across the park’s various department teams. In this General Manager position, you will revise and improve all operational procedures; make hiring decisions to establish, build, and maintain your perfect support team; establish and review product offerings with the sales team; work in tandem with the Operations Manager to maintain attractions; and take ownership of the financial success of the park. You should have:

Electrical Ride Engineer - Theme Parks [Japan]

Our client, a worldwide entertainment company, is looking for an experienced Electrical Ride Engineer to join its team! In this role, you'll be responsible for providing technical guidance and vendor management of the design, fabrication and day-to-day detailed installation, test, and adjust activities of new attractions: you’ll oversee all technical interaction with other project team personnel, vendors, subcontractors, and other relevant internal and external parties involved with Show and Ride systems, participate in hands-on technical duties, and advise senior management of any areas of current or future risk. You’ll also advise project management teams in regard to reasonable timelines to deliver high quality deliverables, and provide updates as needed. You should have:
- a Bachelor's degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering [a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering a plus!], with 7-10 years related relevant experience within themed entertainment
- a minimum 3-5 years experience with vendor management, including contract management, directives, and change orders  
- experience with design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems in the theme park, transportation, pharmaceutical or general manufacturing industries 
- expert level proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- experience designing life safety systems & safety-rated control systems preferred
- an active Professional Engineer License 
- the ability to understand and write Japanese a plus!

Director, Architecture

Our client, a themed entertainment design and production company, is looking for a business minded Director of Architecture to join its team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for the overall management of the Studio team, including staff and financial operations, project profitability, marketing and business development, client success, and employee development. You’ll manage and build client relationships, oversee internal project production, including budgets, schedules, and project communications, work with Project Managers to ensure quality control and effective work, and be responsible for the mentoring, training, and development of all levels of staff, among other duties. You’ll also represent the team in regards to coordination with other department heads and internal teams to ensure consistency of processes and deliverables.
