Our client, a leading entertainment studio, is looking for a collaborative recruiter with entertainment experience to join its team! In this fast-paced environment, you will be working closely with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, assist candidates, and manage offers for a variety of roles. These will range from admin to executive level and including finance, IT, legal, business affairs, and contracts. You will also be working to identify top tier talent and passive job seekers utilizing a full range of recruitment tactics and resources.
With expert attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through, you will provide quick and pleasant experiences for every candidate from application to offer. As a master of organization and multi-tasking, you will be able to source, evaluate skill level and drive the interview and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing.
You should have:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years overall in Recruitment
- Prior entertainment industry experience
- Knowledge of full cycle recruiting process (identify, engage, evaluate, and hire top candidates)
- Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, other database programs
